They Made My Birthday Great – Tonight, my family and I dined at Cantina Laredo in Addison. It was a delicious dinner and the people there were very gracious. Apparently, we were the last table sat before they closed but we did not know this until we had ordered dinner. I asked the server what time they closed and discovered we only just made it in time to order. Great Folks, Great Food & Great Atmosphere – I travel to North Dallas several times a year---specifically to Addison, TX--- and I just started staying at the Holiday Inn Express off Beltway Dr. On my third night there I wanted Mexican food. Wonderful service & Delicious Fook – Cantina Laredo in Addison was recommended by the staff at the nearby Intercontinental Hotel (always follow their recommendations). When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Their salsas are so yummy. We especially loved the warm salsa although the cold salsa was great too. Overpriced, bad service, bad food, bill was padded. – All food was bad. The Quacamole - overpowering lime but otherwise bland. The queso. Too hot, masked cheese flavor. The Steak - OMG, how much salt do they think we can take? The vegetables - undercooked. And to add insult to injury, they added an item to the bill that should not have been there. There were 3 of us and none of us liked this place.
