Very nice neighborhood, spacious floor plan. Love the new remodeled home, new appliances! I am so happy and proud to call this my home.
We have been tenets since 2017. We can honestly say that when Pedcor/Cantibury Pointe Townhomes took over and decided to make drastic new changes it was for the better. The remodel has added new appliances and lighting fixtures that have made our unit so much brighter and efficient for daily living. Also, the added landscaping will give our home great curb appeal. I LOVE my new home! After living in the same place for 7 years I looked at many places until I came across Cantibury Pointe. I knew the minute I stepped inside a unit I wanted to live here. The ladies in the office are kind, patient, and very good at what they do. It took about 10 days from start to finish, and before I knew it I was moving in. Very big improvements around here. They are big and spacious with newer appliances. Not to mention the management is great at their job and very efficient.
