I waited too long to write this review, but sometimes life gets in the way. I hired Cantey last summer to lift some sinking concrete on my back porch. My experience was not good whatsoever. The crew they sent out, which consisted of two early 20-year-olds that seemed to have no idea what they were doing, had an "issue" with the injection gun on the first day and sprayed the poly foam all over my concrete, doors, and posts. Way over price no guarantee and mt. Valley is more cheaper and got engineers and inspect home every year. Mount valley is way better, I talked to a lady said Candy was $160,000.00 And mt. Valley only $90,000.00

Update: The regional manager Cory called me and apologized for how their employee treated us. He informed me that is not how they normally do business. He asked if he could send another specialist to our home. I said yes and we are very happy with that decision. David Brunson came out, he was here for 3 hours speaking with us, going into the crawl space, and taking pictures. We discussed how they could assist us in getting our home leveled. Cantey Foundations is my "go to" company for maintaining my house. The encapsulation was perfect and clean. They installed the dehumidifier and sump pump to sustain a healthy environment under the house. By doing so, I felt a change in temperature in the house. It's very cold outside now and the encapsulation has helped to keep the house warmer. It will do the same for summer months to keep cooler. The company sent out a great crew. Chris Bagwell came to our house to provide and estimate for driveway repair. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of explaining how Cantay can fix the issues with our driveway and why we were having the problems we were having. The videos were very helpful in explaining the repair process. He called back the next day to schedule the work. I feel confident that we will be satisfied with the work.
