Update: The regional manager Cory called me and apologized for how their employee treated us. He informed me that is not how they normally do business. He asked if he could send another specialist to our home. I said yes and we are very happy with that decision. Cantey Foundations is my "go to" company for maintaining my house. The encapsulation was perfect and clean. They installed the dehumidifier and sump pump to sustain a healthy environment under the house. By doing so, I felt a change in temperature in the house. Chris Bagwell came to our house to provide and estimate for driveway repair. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of explaining how Cantay can fix the issues with our driveway and why we were having the problems we were having. Very professional. Beautiful product. But when we had a minor repair that they needed to fix it was a real ordeal to get someone out to finish the gutter. Guaranteed service and product has been questionable at best
