Windsor Gardens in Lancaster, needs to do something about the night and weekend crew, such Stephanie (PRN) and Tim, supervisor of the nurses. These two that my family and dealt are very unprofessional, inconsiderate, rude, and pathetic. I would not want them to look after a sick puppy of mine. Trash they don't know how to answer the phone so unprofessional. Very ignorant like I am bothering you and you are at work.
