Not the best place to work. Enjoy working with the residents. Management staff needs to be supportive and listen to staff concerns. They allow nursing management to be physically abusive to staff and nothing done about it. Short staff most of the time.
Trash they don't know how to answer the phone so unprofessional. Very ignorant like I am bothering you and you are at work.
