If I could give a negative star I would. It doesn't even deserve the one star I was forced to give to leave this review. This is the worst apt. I have ever had the displeasure to live in. First of all when I moved in I had no heat or hot water. Shower and toilet and washer were all broken. I had missing cabinet doors in kitchen which they decided would be a good idea to replace them ones covered in grease. I contstantly have no hot water. Lots to cover since the new owners have taken over. 1. Still big time rat issues that have been going on. I've reported this several times with the typical we will look into it? Has it been looked into. 2. Still no mailboxes and this is a issue, why don't you put a resident in charge take some money off their rent until we have Mail boxes it's been 6 months. 3. I don't even know where to start with issues here. First when I moved in Washer, toilet, shower and heat were not working. Cabinet doors were missing. Constant problems with heat and hot water. Windows are old and let cold air in. People throw trash everywhere. Don't get me started on neighbors blasting their music all hours of day and night. Mailboxes broken for 6 months. You pay to park, but they allow cars with expired plates. There was 2 cars parked for months with people living in it?. Every thing inside apt. breaks. Th... read more
I have a friend who lives at this place and its one of the worst complexs in Aurora. Rats all over the place. Under New Management and some improvements have been made but there's still "A LOT" of work to do but I can appreciate the effort. Still has Major Rats
