Lots to cover since the new owners have taken over. 1. Still big time rat issues that have been going on. I've reported this several times with the typical we will look into it? Has it been looked into. 2. Still no mailboxes and this is a issue, why don't you put a resident in charge take some money off their rent until we have Mail boxes it's been 6 months. 3. Loving conditions are that of a slum. Management does nothing to help tenants. Pictures to come. Rat infested, water damaged, not cleaned before move in date, washer and dryer still not working for my mother over 6 weeks after moving in.
Negative Stars Button Needed. Read the reviews guys - everything is about right! Disgusting apartment, RAT issues not mouses. Maintenence isn't a word around here nor is the leasing office. Upcharge and additional fee's no explanation. Car stolen. No cameras. Office wasn't help. No hot water majority of time. Not worth your money or peace -> RUN
