My mom currently resides in the memory care unit at Canterfield, and I can honestly say this is the happiest she has been in a very long time. That alone speaks volumes. She is very sensitive to how people treat her, and if she feels disrespected, she will absolutely react. While no facility is perfect, I truly appreciate that management always listens, responds quickly, and works hard to resolve concerns and improve the quality of care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO WORK HERE THEY DON’T TREAT THE NEW COMING STAFF VERY RUDE WORST PLACE TO EVER TO WORK
Canterfield is a great living facility for the elderly people, but it is not a great place to work, especially in the kitchen department. It was nothing but favoritism and drama. They loved to choose their target and accuse them of doing something they didn’t do: Unfortunately I fell victim to that. (Should have contacted hr on them) The amount of times I heard the supervisor and upper management talk crap about their employees were ridiculous.
