Canterfield is a great living facility for the elderly people, but it is not a great place to work, especially in the kitchen department. It was nothing but favoritism and drama. They loved to choose their target and accuse them of doing something they didn’t do: Unfortunately I fell victim to that. (Should have contacted hr on them) The amount of times I heard the supervisor and upper management talk crap about their employees were ridiculous. Very caring & skilled staff! My parents love assisted living here, & I love knowing they are safe, well-cared for, happy. The staff is always so responsive & supportive, especially as we adapt to life with dementia. I cannot begin to express our appreciation for the Canterfield team!
