I have been a resident of Canterbury woods now for 4 yrs. Brian is totally awesome. Whenever there is a problem he's Johnny on the Spot to get things taken care of. My one and only issues are my current neighbors under me. The loud noises the Dog barking all night and when they dog poops on the grass they don't get it up. They leave big drips of poop in the grass. I'm sure that's not the proper rules for doing maintenance when your pet poops.. I just wish my neighbors would show more respect.
