Dr Noel has been one of the BEST doctors that I have experienced. He takes the time to listen and create a plan. Authentic care for patients
I thought the doctor was very nice, but the office manager should not be trying to answer calls for the doctor. The staff is generally nice, but I think it's the office manager. Everyone hates her. She is not normal, and I know some day her office might look different.
The doctor and staff are very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Issues I had include getting laughed at, not fully filling out referrals, calling in medicine without telling me anything about it. When I brought up my concerns to the doctor, I was told he wouldn't help me, and I was told to find a new doctor. Avoid this place!
I would not go back if I still lived in fresno. Nice enough staff but office is not updated with newer technology which makes it less accessible outside of the office in many ways. I was charged $129 on my first visit for the doctor to just talk to me about my problem without giving any exam (which I was expecting). The time was nice but unproductive, much of which would have been solved if they had read my paperwork ahead of time. Not impressed.
