Drop kicks... they advertise something then don't know if they have it in stock, promise to call you back and don't bother doing anything. Great customer service. Real winners...
Absolutely great service. There was a muck-up in the order and they offered an amazing compensation. I am very pleased with them, more importantly, my wife is. We had to find a table with the exact dimensions and because they weren't sure where the stock was when I had already paid, they organised a cut and measure of one. And all through the experience, David was very polite and courteous.
Unreal Blokes! Had three staff assisting over various parts of this purchase. Matt, John & Dave were all really helpful. They had a chair in Melbourne that I really wanted in Sydney. They took extra photos to reassure me prior to the purchase of a semi-expensive item. Then they got right on board with the courier details & packaging required to have it here in my place. WOW! This place is a hidden gem!!! Excellent quality products at fair prices ... as well as absolutely outstanding service. Nick really went above and beyond for me ... so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality used office furniture.
