I live here. Am here since 06. On the lake near Montlake cut. There are two or more units for sale now. Was recently remolded for millions. One and two bedroom units. 92 units total. This place is nirvana.
I love this place
Great place. Just remodeled, they even have a marina available for residents. They have a nice outdoor pool and they now have guest parking in the first parking lot against the fence. Staff is friendly too.
If you guys park anywhere close to the complex or even park your car a single inch in a red or yellow zone that isn't even part of the complex property, the staff of the place will put "AWARDED FOR PARKING LIKE A DI**HEAD" stickers and will vandalize your vehicle and scratch swastikas on it too, yet be brave enough to not be authorized but put several violation stickers too Incase it wasn't enough, next time that happens just press charges
