This place is horrible and terrible. I can not repeat that enough! Maintenance is nice but sucks at fixing anything. Management worse of the worst. Not worth the money at all! The apartment may look good at first, but after a couple of weeks it turns to CRAP! Not worth the money! Stay far away,I mean run!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible management before I could even move in, they accuse you of lying for asking simple questions about the place. Things seriously need to be reevaluated up front if having long term tenants or future residents is the goal, because this is not it.
One Star - Would Not Recommend I was not happy with the year I spent living at Canterbury Apartments. From the start, it was a frustrating experience. When I moved in, there was a visible gap under the front door that let in bugs and water every time it rained. I reported it several times, and maintenance came out more than once—but each time, they just brushed it off and claimed there was no gap, even though you could literally see daylight through it. My fiancée and I lived in Canterbury place for 2 years. During that time there was excellent communication between management and all of the tenants. The community itself was beautiful and always improving. In the rare event that something went wrong in the building, maintenance was always very quick - usually same day - to come and fix any and all issues. Highly recommend this property
Living in the proximity of Canterbury, I drive down the road often. I am surprised at how amazing the new upgrades on the outside has turned out. Beautiful job.
