My fiancée and I lived in Canterbury place for 2 years. During that time there was excellent communication between management and all of the tenants. The community itself was beautiful and always improving. In the rare event that something went wrong in the building, maintenance was always very quick - usually same day - to come and fix any and all issues. Highly recommend this property

Living in the proximity of Canterbury, I drive down the road often. I am surprised at how amazing the new upgrades on the outside has turned out. Beautiful job.

Live anywhere else if you have a shred of respect for yourself. This place was okay when we moved in, but quickly went downhill when the new landlord drove out the maintenance man and property manager, both who had worked there for YEARS. The new property manager was some lady who was never in the office and barely responded to any messages. The one time I caught her in the office, the new maintenance man stood in the doorway smoking a cigarette the entire time! I do not recommend living in this property, extremely expensive for the place, old, serious problems with the plumbing. The owner is very abusive to the workers and the manager without a drop of education. . I recommend that you not even work, let alone rent in the place.

I've lived here for a year, and love it. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the apartments have a nice floorplan. All units have a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher included. Maintenance is really fast with requests. Ashley was a great property manager and Billie is too. Thank you!
