Well managed - great grounds. Good value for my money! Would recommend this place to all my friends. Manager really cares. Joe is an awesome maintenance man! The place has grown alot since I moved in so there are more people all over but I love my little apartment. It suits me just fine and Vicky has been very nice to me.

Parkside East is a beautiful place to come home to each day. Offered by Conlin Properties we recommend this location. Spacious units not more than 5 years old on the East side of Des Moines. Location has basketball court and computer room along with 4 commercial playgrounds and many gazebo areas to enjoy the grounds.
