This place is by far THE WORSTTTT place I’ve ever lived. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is DRUG infested, the police was always on the property for something or another. It’s supposed to be a gated community yet the gates were broken every other day, which in turn lead to a high speed chase where my vehicle was crashed into while simply being parked. These apartments USE to be nice!!
I’ve lived here 4 yrs it’s nice & quiet the property is kept up daily the office managers are very nice & helpful the maintenance guys work tremendously to keep the property clean! I enjoy living here.
Wouldn't recommend! The rental rate is beyond ridiculous giving the conditions of the apartments. When I first moved in, immediately, I noticed food stains on the kitchen walls and ceilings. The air filter was filthy. Washing machine and dryer works whenever it wants. The ceiling was leaking water into the bathroom and the wash room from the apartment upstairs which lead to mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. Cabinets were broken. Tub was dirty.
