The people leaving good reviews are the Section 8 people. It's only good if you're not paying and get to have your kids run around unsupervised. This place opened in 2008 or so. A few months after opening, they couldn't get people to rent. Since Covington closed down a bunch of their projects, the fine folks at Canterbury House Apartments decided to take in all the Section 8 people with their kids they probably should have put up for adoption.
