Recurring Charges I’m currently being charged for fees that have already been paid, like my deposit. This was paid in December of 2022. I wouldn’t have been able to live here if I hadn’t paid the deposit. Yet, every month I’m being charged this and other fees. I can’t just pay my monthly rent because their payment system requires payment for all fees. The front office staff have not been helpful at all. I’ve been forced to contact headquarters and hopefully they can resolve this issue.

Business response:
Canterbury House Apartments is happy to have you as a resident for 8 years. We are actively working on projects to improve the property including the repairs to the driveways, new seal coat, and striping. Our intention was to begin the parking lot and driveway repairs this week, but tropical storm Marco and hurricane Laura have other plans. We will notify residents again when that work will begin. We are working hard to resolve all maintenance requests in a timely manner and appreciate your patience during this time.
