I loved living here! Yes there was some absolute monsters for a few neighbors who couldn’t control thier kids or liked calling CPS, and a few old nightmare property managers, but nonetheless, the neighborhood is like a big family watching over everyone. From my beginning in 2021, to 2025, we went through 5 property managers, the latest one she has been absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond and has the best maintenance crew available. They truly have made the difference in the neighborhood and made it so lovely around.... read more
Worst experience ever! Management has no respect for the tenants, and speak rudely to people. I had a broken window when I moved in and it took 9 months to get it fixed. I complained about roaches, and they charged me to have the exterminators come out. My neighbor didn’t get charged but I did. Not sure why…. All maintenance requests take a long time to get taken care of. They have now changed their name, as if that will make a difference in the public’s view. This place is horrible!!!!
