Very unprofessional. Keep being charged for stuff that didn’t happen, and when provided proof, they hung up and now won’t return calls. Get y’all’s lazy butts to work! Do NOT recommend!
I wish I could leave no stars, this place is a joke. Clearly the only thing being thought of is how much money they can scam out of people! Paying $1200+ in rent and then having random dog waste fines added on is crazy. Can provide pictures of me walking my dog but NOTHING to show her pooping and me walking away from it. Then they just hang up and ignore you when you call to address what’s going on! Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!
If you plan on renting here you better run because they will never fix anything. At the end they charge you for it even with telling maintenance. They will give you a killer bill. Also this place goes through management like crazy. We moved in with nice welcoming people. Now the place went to hell, those women should not be in office. Horrible attitude and maintenance is lazy. Do not recommend!!!
My girlfriend just moved out of these apartments. Maintenance team is non existent except for when they need to check your apartment for damages once a month. They also decided to steal her security deposit by coming up with a list of charges that surprisingly add up to the exact amount of the deposit. They said they needed to clean the unit, it was left spotless!! I’m talking we cleaned every inch of that apartment, floor to ceiling. They said they had to replaced damaged blinds. I have Benn here a couple of months an I was so excited to move to a place that have a pool but this is what I see I'm so disappointed I pay 1,300 an trush is add to your rent but I come out on my porch to see this.. Canterbury needs to do better for what we pay we should have a pool an a clean outside
