This place is really nice. Safety is a plus, although if you live near the Cycle World, its a little iffy with people trying to park in our parking lot. The noise inside the complex is minimal, but the roar of motorcycles from cycle world is ridiculous. The office staff is nice and maintenance is super awesome. The overall condition of the unit is ok, but the cleaning crew they use to clean it before people move in need some motivation. the carpet is an ugly color as well. i was not happy with this complex. neighbors blast loud bass at 3 in the morning and when reported nothing is done. the kids here have been known to urinate in the dryers when clothes are inside. and after 1 year of paying rent ON TIME and being a perfect tenant they evicted us for no reason and gave us no notice. DO NOT COME HERE i really hope if you read this you take my advice .. in 3 days my family will be sleeping in the car.. thanks for taking our money and kicking us to the curb
