I worked here and they are horrible people to work for and dont want to spend any money on maintenance
You'll be better off to live on base if your military. You won't get your safety deposit back because of all the random changes they will throw at you. Took a week to fix my hot water heater in January. We had plumbing guys come out 3 different times to fix the sink. There were cracks in the doors that were big enough to let cold air come through.
