Find somewhere better Don’t be fooled by their amenities and the way they upsell their apartments. Service requests are always ignored. Waited 3 months for our oven to be fixed. Cannot use our shower and now our ceiling is falling apart. These things were supposed to be fixed before we ever moved in! Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else

"Hidden fee" Disappointed that I need to pay a non-refundable fee of $750 if I want to add my wife to the lease agreement. A little context - I was clear from the start that I'm moving alone but my wife and daughter will join me eventually next year. Company Willingly Lies If what this company is doing isn't illegal, then it should be. You will not pay your utilities if you live here, you will pay for everyone in your building's utilities! This place takes utility bills for the entire building and splits it evenly between tenets. First, let me apologize that you received misinformation. Our utilities are paid for separately from our rent. the Electric is billed individually for individual use by American Electric Power. This is not a shared service. The water is calculated based on water usage, occupancy and calculated by our utility company then billed to each tenant. Dishonest Company Make sure to document and photograph EVERY LITTLE THING when you move in. The apartments are old and outdated and they will try and use your money to upkeep them. They charged me $100 for a few tiny scratches that are barely visible on the counter the previous owner left and claimed I “used it as a cutting board”. The counters have clearly not been replaced or reglazed for years. WORST PLACE TO LIVE First off lets start with the maintenance... terrible service from them not telling you when there going to enter your apartment that YOU pay for and have the right to know when somebody is going to be in your apartment, they arrive randomly when they want, second when you need something repaired don't ever expect then to do it right, I've had multiple times where they will come in to fix things only to leave it worse and disrespect my personal items, like for example when cleaning out the dryer vents the... read more

Avoid Canterbury The apartments themselves are extremely outdated, seemingly not updated since they were built. They do provide you with appliances, but will do anything they can to not spend money on new units. If you enjoy paying 300-400 a month in electric bills during the winter then this is the place for you. Insulation? Non-existent. Old infrastructure wiring, plumbing & cracked floors Excellent Location, Floorplan and storage. Maintenance only wants to get their bonus monies for not spending any money on repairs. I think that we are all breathing each other's air. The Hvac is not tight.
