I cannot say enough about the staff and management at this facility. My Mother was there for several months before she passed away and all the way to the end there was an immense amount of care for her and our family. If you are looking for a place that treats your loved one like a family member, this is it! Thank you to all the wonderful nurses, caregivers, administrators and kitchen staff for your exceptional care of my Mom.

This is a wonderful place for loved ones. We were so grateful to have found such a good place where mom was able to go and socialize and enjoy herself and be safe and well cared for whether for a few hours or days. She started out with the day stay program and was well adjusted by the time we had to make it a residential stay. Now she refers to it as home. Wonderful place! Amazing staff! My 57 year old memory impaired husband loves the constent attention and entertainment in there.
My Mom, Ben Leah Benson on FB, has been at the NB Inn since it opened. I absolutely LOVE the place. Mom is so happy and always smiling and singing. I have complete peace of mind. Thanks NB Inn!! 🙏👍🏼👏🏻
Under staff. This place is not taking care of their residents, and I do not recommend this place. They need more help
The staff has been simply wonderful through this very difficult time. My father in law was diagnosed a few months back. We checked many places here in the high desert and none of them compared to Sterling Commons. My father in law talks often about how great the food is and how they keep him busy with bingo, yahtzee, singing, and other activities and outings. He said the people who work there are friendly and will do whatever you ask them to do. I'm so happy we found Sterling Commons!!!
I attend the Speed Dating activities, great fun, nice people
The place was appalling ,staff covered up everything .Place smelled of urine and feces .My mom fell out of bed and was left 2 hours on the floor and her face had a Huge Bruise and they didn’t feel it was an Emergency.And they leave the patients sitting in they own urine and feces .Expensive and disgusting and all the staff did was cover each other’s butts .We got her out of this disgusting ,place and they put the patients to bed at 6pm because can’t be bothered caring for them !!!!
