Canterbury Gardens Canterbury Gardens are leased by JH Berry, a company that owns a number of apartment complexes throughout Birmingham. Canterbury Garden apartments are quaint, but older. My two bed/1 bath townhouse is nice. Wooden floors throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is tiny, but the rest of the apartment is spacious.
