Community is clean and safe. Over 85% vinyl sided shingle roofed homes. Community has been updated fully and has made a terrific turn around. It is a place that I am proud to call home!
Prairie Greens was just named community of the year for the Western United States by The Manufactured Housing Institute!
Prairie Greens is a ripoff. Mgmt is always on vacation. They increase rent with no explanation of what it pays for. They open the pool late and close early and it's often too cold & dirty to use.
