While performing service work upon an apartments as a licensed service plumber.I found that the facility was clean and quiet and a pleasure to be in. The staff took notice of the residents feelings and put thier needs as a priority over those just visiting the premises. The residents had free movement about grounds. A nice place to stay from what I saw in my visit. The plumbing fixtures are in need of new trim plumbing and soap residue removed from lavatory sinks but thats it from what I saw.
