A Very Nice Apartment – I was surprised to read a bad review of this building concerning the heating. I am a Southern gal who travels to Chicago on business each Winter, and my comfort is important. I always stay at Canterbury Court for its convenience to my business calls. I have never found the heat in any apartment to be a problem and I have stayed in diferent apartments during each visit. The security is excellent and the 24 hour staff is more than helpful. They greet me like a friend and I look forward to each visit.
(Not the best option if you are planning to stay during the many cold months of Chicago) – I recently stayed there during the winter months where the heating was not working correctly for more than half the time I was there. In fact, there was ice on my windows inside the apartment. Considering that Chicago is very cold for 3/4 of the year, one should be leery about choosing Canterbury if they are not staying during the late spring and summer. SECURITY – I lived here last summer and felt very safe in my apartment and in the awesome gold coast of chicago. Staff is helpfull and no problems with anything. Worth it!
Location – Good apt. for price. I enjoyed my stay there and the apt. was clean, cheap (for Gold Coast) and Security 24/7. good Staff.
Location-Great, very affordable – The apartment was great and the staff were nice! I would live here again but I had to move because of my job.
