all the landlord cares about is curb appeal,,and doesn't care about backing you up with a noisy disruptive tenant...buyer beware
When we moved here in 2006, it was good at first, but then it got much worse the manager said to the tennants in the back complex, "your on your own." we had to seek shelter at the raymond nh high school. We were allowed to return to our apartment at 6:00 the next day. The following months just got worse and worse, one person in the building almost set it on fire, knowing the fire alarms should have gone off, but they DIDNT.... the manager was also very RUDE TO US AND EVERYBODY ELSE... the only good thing was the on site lua... read more
I was not happy when i moved out of this place. The secretary was never in her office when we needed her most and when she was there, she was VERY rude to us. There was construction outside our building that started at 8 oclock in the morning, they shut our hot water off and didnt even warn us or come up to let us know that it happened. I was just not impressed with anything that has to do with this apartment.
