I moved here at Canterbury Palms 4 years ago and i love it.. The manager/ landlord is the sweetest person ever.. She keeps the property very nice.. Also the maintenance man mister jose gets the job done every time this is the best apartments ive ever lived in..

If you're looking for a safe clean place to live please do not move into this apartment complex THEY HAVE MICE AND ROACHES IF YOU DONT GET ONE YOU WILL GET THE OTHER OR BOTH MOST TENATS ARE AFFRAID TO TALK ABOUT THIS. I AM NOT BECAUSE IT WILL SAVE ANOTHER HUMAN A HUGE HEAD ACHE. The rent is expensive and they will not fix anything on time. Cars are allways getting stolen as well.
Well if you even consider staying here reconsider again because I don’t wish these apartments on anybody . ! Perioddtt don’t do it and they got nasty attitudes
