I lived at Canterbury for 2 years and really loved it there. The manager was great and really easy to work with. When I had a problem with my A/C over the weekend, they installed a window a/c until they could get my unit fixed on Monday. I would recommend Canterbury to anyone!
The management is awful! The apartment manager changed four times in the one year we lived at Canterbury, the heat and air in the apartment (the remodeled townhomes in the front) was very irregular, and the maintenance guy lied and was a real jerk. He told me the relay in our thermostat was bad... there is no relay in a mercury stick thermostat. The property manager, Debbie Dunn, is rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Avoid this place.
