We built our home in June 2006 and had Cantera Doors installed. They cost $13,499.00. The doors are spectacular to look at but 11 years later are completely useless. We paid for a new locking mechanism in January 2017. Cantera had a subcontractor install the mechanism and it doesn't work. I have emailed and called the headquarters in Austin, Texas numerous times to let them know it isn't working and they do not return calls or e-mails.
