March 7th update: no water AGAIN There has been no water for 6 hours. When i called about it they said there was an email sent out but i did not get an email. Still no water and no source of information. There is one choice for internet and they overcharge for it. Over $100 and you can't even get past 200 down. But I'm really done with it because now it's been over 24 hours without internet and they're still expecting $100 for it. That issue might lie with the provider, but it's Canter Chase who picked them to work with.
you have to fight your way to get a parking spot which is not enough to begin with! have to park 2 buildings down or just park in front of the leasing office which is frustrating especially coming home after a long shift and having to figure out where to park! had water damage and took them weeks to get it fixed, i had to put up sleeping with a blower in my room for a few days to get the ceiling and carpet dry. rent is pricey for the quality.
