I’ve lived here for a few months and this is my favorite apartment I’ve had. The neighbors are respectful and the maintenance guys are quick. It’s not an outrageous price. When I moved in I needed a couple things fixed and it was done within a couple days. I moved from kinda far away and I was nervous about moving to the city and really had no outlook on Louisville yet but this area is safe.
I’ve lived here since 2021 and really enjoy calling it home. The location is super convenient and my commute is short, which makes a big difference. Maintenance has always been solid — they’re friendly, quick, and get things fixed without any hassle. Shout out to Andy for always being helpful. The leasing office is easy to work with and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. It’s a quiet, well-kept community, and I’ve had a good experience living here. I’d definitely recommend it!
