March 22nd 2026 update: twice this month MDU has had an outage. Theres no notification of any kind and long call wait times. Its still insanely expensive for the speed you get and still so many outages. And Canter Chase still doesn't care either way. March 7th update: no water AGAIN There has been no water for 6 hours. When i called about it they said there was an email sent out but i did not get an email. Still no water and no source of information. There is one choice for internet and they overcharge for it. I've lived here for a year and a half. The office staff and maintenance are always ready to assist when needed. The grounds are beautiful with all the mature trees. It is pet friendly and my dog loves to walk the grounds.
We had a great experience with Andy! He was incredibly responsive, quickly understanding our situation and thoroughly explaining the potential issues that could be the cause. He was very polite and friendly when he came to check up on our problem, resolved the issue, and made sure we were all set before he left. Great service!
