Compared to either of the Bos vending services, Canteen is mediocre. My company switched over to Canteen a while ago and it isn't a net benefit. The food selection is lousy, overpriced, and apparently the company forces the stockers to put crap in the machines instead of the stuff you might want. For example they used to stock the pineapple flavored Celsius energy drinks which were actually quite good.
