If I could give negative stars I would. This company has 3 machines inside a facility with no other access to food and drinks. They use it to their advantage to price gouge. They set the machines up to one sale per card swipe. They charge 2 dollars for every transaction. There is no pricing labeled. By the time I bought 4 drinks and 4 bags of chips with a bag of skittles it cost $43.65. Drink machine at Forest view apartments never works. You call the phone number and never get a reply back from them. Gave them the machine number and location. I have lost probably 10-12 dollars over the last few months. Still waiting on my refunds or at least a phone call. Machine will say vending but no product dispenses. Wish they would just replace it or remove it.

The audacity that this company charges you a .25 cent tip fee the next day after you buy an item from their machine at a set price is astounding. There’s nothing on the machine that states this

Your machine are terrible!!! Most the time cards aren't accepted and Gpay doesn't even work. Unless I and my coworkers carry change we can't can't even use your machines. Useless, your machines make my day worse and aren't convenient at all.

Our machines works 20% of the time. Mostly we have an out of order sign on it.
