Drink machine at Forest view apartments never works. You call the phone number and never get a reply back from them. Gave them the machine number and location. I have lost probably 10-12 dollars over the last few months. Still waiting on my refunds or at least a phone call. Machine will say vending but no product dispenses. Wish they would just replace it or remove it.
Our machines works 20% of the time. Mostly we have an out of order sign on it.
The audacity that this company charges you a .25 cent tip fee the next day after you buy an item from their machine at a set price is astounding. There’s nothing on the machine that states this
Your machine are terrible!!! Most the time cards aren't accepted and Gpay doesn't even work. Unless I and my coworkers carry change we can't can't even use your machines. Useless, your machines make my day worse and aren't convenient at all.
They do not work with small businesses for their vending machine(s) services, even if your business is 3 buildings away from theirs on the same street.
