1. Their vending machines took my money without dispensing food multiple times. 2. Customer service was negectful and stopped communicating with me when they still owe me money. 3. If they try to give you the funds owed to you, it's going to be in the form of a check that you have to spend money to go print out. Honestly just avoid spending your money at these vending machines. Just get your snacks in a store.

I used my phone to place a $2.50 order at the hospital and it said I had $5 credit. After I ordered my soda, my balance disappeared and didn't allow me to choose a second item. It also happened to the person after me after I told them what happened. Canteen offers convenient electronic 24/hour purchasing but don't offer a way to contact them after hours, but it comes at a step price.

Item prices in these machines are crazy and must really need a snack or be hungry to wanna pay. I buy a $1.75 item and my card gets charged $3.70 for one item of hot Cheetos? And not even a big bag.. there is no sign saying it will charge you taxes after each purchase with card. If there is it surely isn’t visible. Everyone who I stay with complains about the machines and how much it’s charging people. It always charges your card at the middle of the night and to where you might not notice money missing.
