If i could give them a 0 I would. Tried to con us into a 17 month lease without our knowledge, wants every bit of money he can get out of you, genuinely not a nice guy. Gave him our security deposit for leaving the lease (that he recommended we should do since we didn’t feel safe in this area) then still wants more money. Doesn’t allow you to put up security cameras because “nothing in common areas” however the upstairs neighbor has a whole patio of furniture. Very interesting company to say the least. This company will flip a house using the cheapest materials and nothing but shortcuts. Be careful how much you pay for a home, you will be finding lots more work to do after you move in. I definitely do not recommend.
These people are total frauds - don’t do any business with them, unless you want a bunch of headaches
