We were recently visiting and even put an earnest $ on a lovely home. We happened to be there before 4th of July and Saturday was filled with activities, with so many residents participating. It was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. I would love comments on the current status of CantiaMia and if folks are happy there.
When you drive into the front entrance at the guard house and enter CantaMia, it looks on the surface as a gorgeous oasis and is beautiful - at first glance. We’ve been here 7 years, made wonderful friends and taken advantage of the many fun activities organized by volunteer residents and paid for by residents who attend these activities. This place is supposed to have a restaurant but it's rarely open or staffed. It's very expensive for what they offer.
