I moved here 02/28/2025. It was the perfect location for my situation. I am so Tgankful I was able to move here. My apartment was overall very nice condition. The space for a 2 bedroom is the biggest I have had in any apartment and the back porch is a decent size compared to other ones in the area. I am thankful for the gym, pool and hot tub. The community is very peaceful and quiet. This is very important to me. Love the dog park and every resident I have encountered has been friendly and kind.

They are ok. My ac leaks from the ceiling and there were a lot of things unfinished when I moved in. The gym was very disappointing there are no free weights and it's very small. The location is great lots of stores and restaurants with plenty of fast food around the area as well. There were some bug issues when I moved in specifically roaches even after they sprayed they are still in my apartment
Tamara has been exceptional to work with. She truly expedited our move from out of state, especially as we were staying in a hotel. Her efforts to accelerate our application process made a significant difference in getting us moved in quickly. The maintenance staff has also been impressive; they addressed a few minor repairs on the same day we submitted our requests. Thank you :)
I love it here!! Marina and Tammy have been so helpful in me moving into my first apt. Definitely glad I chose to live here!
