Very happy with Canstar's response to my request for asbestos encapsulation. Communication was clear, prompt and included education about options available. Work was completed quickly, thorough clean up of the space, and I appreciate some extra work that was done that was done, on the initiative of the staff on site. My gratitude to Tyler, Josh and Ream.

Would not recommend. Other renovators / restoration companies satisfactorily complete their jobs within weeks of being hired. Canstar outsourced subpar contractors who installed what looked like their excess leftover junky inventory instead of the chosen materials. Canstar acknowledged that a mistake had been made and still did not proactively resolve it in a timely manner. Almost 2 months later the issue is still left unresolved, with owner and tenants always having to follow up for their subpar and slow service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! (GOOGLE WON'T ALLOW ME TO POST MY FULL REVIEW, AS IT IS TOO LONG. SO THIS IS A SHORT AS I COULD MAKE IT).
