I absolutely adore the clinical staff when you actually come in contact with them but it is so hard to reach anyone in the clinic. I have called for weeks and still no responses regarding my prescriptions. I have left countless messages with no return phone calls. I got a random call a few weeks ago stating I would need to find another clinic due the Cansler health closing its doors. I thought this was very strange however there is no way to confirm due to no response.

My last appointment was April 23rd. I have been trying to get in contact with my med provider since May 7th, I still haven't been able to reach someone who can schedule an appointment or at least send in refills. It's now July 9th, I've called the clinic, Facebook messaged, and even messaged my provider. All that was done was my provider read my messages but would not answer.
