Very disappointing service. I waited for my parcel all day, but the driver never attempted delivery and didn’t even call me. Instead, the tracking was updated to “Address not found,” even though the address is correct and has been used for deliveries before. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication. I didn’t receive a phone call, email, or any notification explaining the issue or what to do next. Do not use this. Have been sitting on my package for a week in Thunder Bay as they don’t have enough drivers. Save your money, don’t use them.
Don’t have pick up or drop off. They won’t even notify you the have a package at all. Then they’ll send it right back after 1 attempt only. This place used to be bad and now it is the worst company I have ever seen. Why is this company even allowed to deliver packages. This company is so useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The company is a disaster. Edit: And now this company officially stole the package. No calls back, refusal to even respond to shipper or myself. Might as well call them subpar, because that's what the service is
pretty sure driver did not even get out of the vehicle, claimed i wasn't home, was literally home all day, apartment building, buzzer goes to my cell phone, no attempt was made
