I had a very poor experience with Canpar's delivery service. My package, shipped from Toronto to Thunder Bay, took nearly a week to arrive and I ultimately had to pick it up myself. Their repeated excuse of truck delays is unacceptable, especially when the website showed the package had already arrived. The service is unreliable and their customer support lacks accountability. I wouldn’t recommend Canpar.

Horrible experience with them my parcel never arrived to me and i have called them twice and wait time was 45 min.

Unfortunately I've had a similar experience as others with this shipping company. My package has been in Thunder Bay and with a courier since Friday December 20th - it's now December 31st and I still haven't received the package, and I won't have it in time for it's intended purpose.

Terrible service, No one will answer there phone lines and the chat feature on the web site will not connect to a live agent it just keeps restarting the chat when you ask. over a week to get to my city which is super slow, then sit's in my city for a few days before the decide to deliver it ( still waiting on the delivery).
