Do not use this. Have been sitting on my package for a week in Thunder Bay as they don’t have enough drivers. Save your money, don’t use them.
Don’t have pick up or drop off. They won’t even notify you the have a package at all. Then they’ll send it right back after 1 attempt only. This place used to be bad and now it is the worst company I have ever seen. Why is this company even allowed to deliver packages. This company is so useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Might as well call them subpar, because that's what the service is
pretty sure driver did not even get out of the vehicle, claimed i wasn't home, was literally home all day, apartment building, buzzer goes to my cell phone, no attempt was made
I have only dealt with CanPar maybe 3 times not my choice. Stay away unless you want a lot of stress and you don't them to do there job. The driver said unable to access location. He didn't try. They are here almost every day delivering and know this building. Didn't go to the back the manager office is at the back looks out on the outside entrance area as well as entrance with buzzer.
