pretty sure driver did not even get out of the vehicle, claimed i wasn't home, was literally home all day, apartment building, buzzer goes to my cell phone, no attempt was made

I have only dealt with CanPar maybe 3 times not my choice. Stay away unless you want a lot of stress and you don't them to do there job. The driver said unable to access location. He didn't try. They are here almost every day delivering and know this building. Didn't go to the back the manager office is at the back looks out on the outside entrance area as well as entrance with buzzer. Shipped from Winnipeg and arrived in Thunder Bay the next day. Did they deliver it? No! They send it to Etobicoke instead. Looking at an extra week to get it delivered. Maybe.

Terrible service. Driver said I was not home yesterday....I was. Driver said he tried today.... security cam proves that to be a lie. Office is way out in the boonies, and only open from 8-4...with lunch hr off. So there is no way a working person can retrieve their parcels. Ridiculous!
