Carla was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so patient and kind while helping me navigate the process of getting signed up for my Canopy MLS orientation. I’m wanting to reactivate my MLS access, and they are charging a reconnect fee, in addition to making me pay for the past quarters when I didn’t have access. Ridiculous. It’s been a week and they still haven’t processed the paperwork. Realtors provide all the info to the MLS and are the ones responsible for ensuring it’s accuracy. What are we paying for?? Thousands of dollars for access to a software program when we supply all the info and receive nothing but exorbitant fees and lackluster service.
Processing times and accessing an agent are Stone Age. MLS applications should be able to be done online, also an actual timeframe should be available for applicants, reaching a representative is difficult as well although they may be helpful, Canopy can bring some things up to speed.
I see company like falsifying information... Because i wasnt paid $30000 for my property located at 332 Mountain View St in Gastonia NC so why does it list that i did in fact we weren't even paid the full amount stated in the contract!
