Brother used to rent here. Neighbors threw a loud party but he got blamed. Security forced into his home and pushed him around. He moved out early and they screwed his ability to rent elsewhere for years.
Courtney was an amazing landlord! The rent is a great price and the staff is equally amazing. All maintenance request were dealt with in a timely manner. I really enjoyed my apartment, after staying in or having friends in many other complexes like Latitude, 8N, Parkhaus, and Academy. I can safely say that this is the best apartment complex in Lincoln accompanied with an amazing location in the Haymarket!
Nice location if you’re good with being in the middle of the action. There are more updated/nicer apartments in the area and the bedrooms and closets are very small here but the main reason my husband and I have stayed here so long is because of the property manager Courtney! Lived there for a while! Bedrooms are small, but corner apartment with a great view and windows! In unit washer and dryer, parking not included which is annoying but there is park n go for a monthly 75 next door. Be prepared for it be loud on the weekends and weekdays sometimes with pinnacle bank and the railyard, never bothered me though. Mostly writing this because the building manager Courtney is amazing! Awesome location. Bedrooms a little small for my personal liking. Modern and usually very clean.
