This place doesn’t care about there tenants and only want there money. They don’t offer help when they should be helping with certain things for example the AC since there is no central air in the building. There isn’t anywhere safe to park my car has been broken into as well as other tenants multiple times. Ellen and Jessica are great and very responsive.
Worse Property Management ever. They owned the building at 111 East ave. And then sold it to GreyHill property Management last month of this year. They did not care about residents safety at all. They fired all of the security they had when I originally moved there. There were fire drills during the week going off in the middle of the night. Homeless people were breaking in the building EVERYDAY AND URINATING AND SLEEPING IN THE FRONT ENTRANCE. With all of there flaws they still weren’t polite to people as far as grace perio... read more
Ridiculous conditions. Broken stove, cockroaches, one of two elevators broken, no screens in windows, broken air conditioner and then constant heat. 82 degrees in apt today, again no screens. Maint came turned setting as low as it would go..that was their fix... No response from Canopy, the management company when called or emailed. Cadalitic converter stolen from my car in ramp. DO NOT RENT FROM CANOPY. SPECIFICALLY THEIR LOCATION "ONE ELEVEN ON MAIN"
