I’ve been to quite a few therapists over the years, mostly good, but Katie’s on another level. She’s supportive, compassionate, knows her craft, and her overall approach has helped my life in more ways than I can count. Highly recommend!
Katie is an amazing trauma therapist, and I’m so glad I found her after working with several others in Central Florida. Even through telehealth, her groundedness and compassion really come through. In a relatively short time, she’s helped me build and apply those same skills toward myself. Her expertise with EMDR for dissociation is evident and highly effective.
