It would impossible to say enough nice things about this WPB Hilton Canopy. The amenities are fantastic, new, and bright and the location is prime. What really makes this place sing, though, are the people. Santiago! Dakota! Bernie! Ericelda! Dayanna! Even the valet contractor is awesome. It is like everyone her caught some vital customer-focus bug. It is only a shame that the rating is limited to 5 dots…this property deserves 10. I cannot recommend the Hilton Canopy WPB any higher and I am excited to return.
Seth was exceptional - they were so kind to send me a bottle of wine and the sweetest card when they found out my mom had passed. I stay there all the time and it is always a great experience. Highly recommend. Seth is a really gem.
Always a great time when visiting. From check in to check out everyone was very polite and helpful. The bartender Mari is amazing. I'll be back soon.
Canopy very nice place to stay in West Palm Beach. The staff is great. Love the modern rooms and features.
