I stayed for 4 nights to attend a conference. Excellent service and quality across the board. I particularly want to shout out Steph and Nathan at the front desk. They went above and beyond on my checkout day to make sure I didn’t leave behind some of my belongings. They were a class act.

This The AC in the room wasn’t super great, the king bed was hard as heck made my back hurt. the room itself small for the prices paid the location itself was decent but the front door parking was not ideal unless you’re getting valet parking, the elevators made sketchy noises especially the one in the middle. The river walk was conveniently close which was a plus but that’s mainly what you’re paying for. Personally I don’t think it’s worth it.The staff was amazing throughout most of the stay other wise kudos to them

We stayed for a two nights. The valet Dylan was super friendly and helpful. He helped personalize our experience here by asking why we came down to Texas, plans we had down here, etc.
