I used to book this hotel every other week, but over the past few months, the service has become extremely disappointing. You can rarely check in or check out through the app anymore, and you almost always have to go to the front desk, which defeats the purpose of having the app. The valet service has also been terrible. I’ve had to wait as long as 35 minutes just to get my car, while still being charged $65 for the service.
