Great location on the river walk. Rooms have a modern vibe. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is nice, the staff was pleasant, and the River Walk location is very convenient. Unfortunately, the experience was negatively impacted by the lack of transparency around fees. At check-in, I was advised of an additional destination fee that was not clearly communicated during booking. I was told it was because the hotel is on the River Walk, although I have stayed at other River Walk hotels that do not charge this. The bigger frustration was the parking and fee structure.
