I have stayed at a Hilton Canopy in Minneapolis and absolutely loved it, so when a work trip took me to San Antonio, I jumped at the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Canopy. My room was ready early. It has a practical, simple layout and was perfectly clean. The mattress is definitely more on the firm side, which I don’t mind. We’ve stayed at the Canopy San Antonio several times over the past few years, and consistently rate it one of our favorite hotels. The location is great, staff have always been helpful and accommodating, and we LOVE the food, bar and atmosphere at Domingos restaurant in the hotel. I highly recommend a stay here, or at least grabbing dinner at Domingos.

Amazing hotel, Condé Nast had recommended this as the preferred hotel option for downtown and they were right. Views from the rooms are great, the front desk is helpful and valet was easy! Location was very central and the hotel was clean. The gym features great techno gym equipment and though it’s small it does the job! Our room was spacious and the shower was nice as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you will be downtown for most of your trip.
