Wow is all I could think to say about this great experience. Not only was the room great but the entire property was outstanding. Even the valet service was outstanding. Antonio is the best. The front desk staff was wonderful and thoughtful. We absolutely loved the rooftop. Do yourself a favor and give this place a look. It was wonderful.
This was a great hotel. Beautiful, clean, good service. An extra-special touch? They knew we'd have two young kids with us, and greeting us in the room when we arrived was a children's book and a stuffed lobster. It made our 3.5 year old's stay!
We had a quick but great stay. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and the decor is contemporary and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location - a quick walk to the harbor or to the shops and restaurants in Old Town.
This hotel is located in the downtown area of Portland Maine. There is a restaurant and cafe on the first floor with plenty of gender-neutral bathrooms. As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a Waterfront view which I greatly appreciated. The bathroom had a nice spacious tub and there was also a glass door shower. The bathroom also had two doors, one dividing the bathroom with the rest of the room and the room dividing itself from the door hallway. This ensured extra privacy when staying with a guest.
