Stayed here while we wed at city hall and had an excellent stay. The accommodations are lovely. The staff was so kind and made the stay extra special. Our families commented on how great the stay was. Will absolutely return
We stayed here for our first trip to Portland as a family (including our dog). Everyone at the hotel was absolutely lovely and honestly some of the best customer service we have experienced at a hotel in a long time. They were so welcoming to our family and offered recommendations of things to do around the area. One of my favourite hotels globally. Beautifully decorated, great rooms, super friendly staff and an incredible rooftop bar with blankets, heaters and great seating (shame I don’t take advantage of it - I only had a quick walk around). Where to begin?! This place was fantastic! Clean, smells so good, friendly staff, and super accessible! We had our toddler and two small dogs with us - we truly felt right at home! Our toddler received a stuffed lobster at check in, the dogs got their own little goodie bags, and some bottled water for us! The room was spacious, SOOO QUIET, bright, and clean!
