We stayed here during my husbands 47th bday trip. This hotels service was five start from the minute we arrived. Front desk staff were inviting and helpful. Additionally the hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to every place on our itinerary.
An outstanding hotel with great rooms. Rooms were clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable and room HVAC kept things comfortable. The rooftop bar gives you views of the harbor and the Salt restaurant was a great breakfast option. Hotel staff was very capable and friendly. Parking was expensive but when compared with the local going rate was reasonable. This is a great choice for a stay on the Portland waterfront to take in the bars, restaurants and breweries.
Lovely! The rooms are spectacular. Location is at the beginning of Commercial Street which is ideal (less congested and walking distance to everything)! The staff is incredible. The culture is warm and sincerely friendly. Katrin is a pure example of that energy - it's contagious!
