I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Canopy by Hilton that I feel others should be aware of. I briefly pulled into the parking lot to get my belongings, and instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was confronted by a staff member who spoke to me in a threatening and aggressive manner. It was completely unprofessional and honestly shocking for a hotel that presents itself as upscale. On top of that, the parking situation is absolutely terrible. Most importantly, it's CLEAN. Staff is great-again. I've never seen cleaning folks, just front desk people. I had to call a few times to make reservation adjustments and they were awesome.They do their best to accommodate. They seem happy. The phone gets you right to the front desk-huge plus. rooms are beginning to show a bit of wear-touch up paint, deep cleaning would fix it. I was super comfortable.
