My first Business Trip. Hotel Manager, Zeff, and team are very welcoming and easy to talk to.
Great service from Zeff!
All staff works as a team which I found very admirable to accommodate me. Zeff Breakfast area was hospitable and went above and beyond his call of duty.
Excellent service from Zeff.
Crappy services. Worst kitchen and restaurant. Front desk and management overcharge. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Feel very misled.
