Wow! 1st few hours here and we are absolutely amazed! Kristin checked us in and has been unbelievably attentive ever since! We needed a wine opener.. no problem! Brought us one in less than 3 mins. Ordered out. They forgot our silverware. No problem! They brought us some in literally less than a minute. Also- 7th floor. This place puts the beach front 5 star resorts to shame! You guys are amazing. Never thought I’d say this..but..maybe Ohio is a new destination spot?!
