I will only speak about Canopy as a neighbor of one of their residential construction sites in the Old Northeast. We have had a great experience purchasing our home from Canopy! Our project manager, Quentin, was very helpful and responsive to questions or concerns we had, and worked on a resolution for any issues immediately. The whole team was wonderful to work with, organized, and genuinely care about the work they do.
