please start offering better designs. I feel like every house I see is the same design and it's starting to become super cookie cutter. Make the houses more luxurious/better and maybe I can entertain using you guys, it's just like every canopy sign I see go up I instantly know exactly what it's going to look like, super depressing!

Incredible builder. We looked forward to working with them as their reputation in St Pete is stellar. We were not let down. A year post-purchase we just had a professional inspection for our warranty. In the inspector’s words, “this was the cleanest 1 year inspection I’ve ever done.” The house is incredible, beautiful, and efficient, and we have had extremely few issues. Canopy builders destroying the character of our neighborhood. Instead of restoring, they bulldoze the quaint little homes that make our city unique and beautiful. Cut down native vegetation, established live oaks, cabbage palms only to build the biggest two-story boring white boxes all the way to the property line for maximum profit.
